Quality Representative

In 2007, Oliver Knospe has been trained as a quality representative by TÜV Nord and since then he is responsible for the content of the Quality Manual and for the adherence to the process instructions and for the training of the staff. By this means it is guaranteed that the quality requirements of the customers and suppliers are realized at the best and that claims are avoided as far as possible.
