The adherence to the process instructions in the Quality Manual is surveyed by the corresponding certifier as well as by internal and external audits several times a year and is confirmed by the receipt of the corresponding certificates. By establishing an integrated Quality Manual which supports the certification of several standards, we aim at an increasing customer and supplier satisfaction and a trading with secure foodstuff.
