The company Edwin Lorenz GmbH & Co. KG for the area of mediation, storage and trade in foodstuff has established a quality management system. This system is described in the Quality Manual (QMH), supplemented by the corresponding process instructions and working instructions. 

The Edwin Lorenz staff will support the quality management system and thus will secure and improve the high quality and transparency of the agricultural and organic products. The Quality Manual as well as the documents enhanced to it will be valid from the moment of being signed by the company's executive director as well as by the envolved staff members.

From the day of undersigning, it will be binding for all staff members working in the certification area.

In the course of time, Edwin Lorenz has obtained certifications according to the standards of EU-ECO-Regulation, of Biosuisse, as well as to International Food Standard (IFS).
