Traceability

The mediation contracts can be traced back by the contract numbers.

In our own ERP program WIWAS, all documents which belong to a contract are linked with the contract number in the module "Document management".

The structure of our filing system was changed in that way that all documents belonging to the contract and the correspondance are filed with the contract and thus all docuements which are relevant for the contract are joined on one paper fastener.
